Il check in è previsto negli orari 16.00 - 23.00 e il ritiro della chiave presso un punto keynest nelle vicinanze della casa.

Animali domestici, eventi/feste e fumare non è consentito.
Si prega di fare silenzio, in particolare dopo le ore 22.00 ed in generale di avere il massimo rispetto per gli inquilini del palazzo e cura delle parti comuni.
Quando utilizzate il nostro magnifico ascensore antico vi chiediamo gentilmente di: 1) Andate solo 2 persone alla volta se avete con voi anche i bagagli. 2) Chiudere sempre tutte le porte dell'ascensore (interne ed esterne) 3) Non aprire mai le porte interne finché l'ascensore non è perfettamente fermo al piano (Attendere il termine del segnale acustico che indica l'arresto dell'ascensore.) 4) All'uscita verificare sempre che la luce sul pulsante si spenga, significa che l'ascensore è disponibile per essere chiamato agli altri piani.

Quando esci spegni luci ed elettrodomestici, chiudi finestre e porte.
L'utilizzo dell'aria condizionata è predisposto per funzionare solo in vostra presenza pertanto per il funzionamento sarà necessario inserire e ruotare la relativa chiavetta. L’aria condizionata è disponibile solamente nei mesi estivi.
Il check out è entro e non oltre le 10.30. Potete richiedere un check-out posticipato (nelle 24 ore precedenti) che prevede un supplemento, questo è per permetterci di organizzare al meglio le pulizie dei locali e l’ingresso del prossimo ospite.
Infine vi ricordiamo che i nostri alloggi sono case private e che non abbiamo servizi alberghieri tipo housekeeping e concierge 24/7.
L'interruttore dell’acqua calda viene sempre lasciato sulla posizione acceso ma se per caso vi capita di spegnerlo per errore sappiate che le erogazione dell'acqua calda si interrompe ed è necessario accendere chiudi 1 ora che si riformi, una volta riacceso.

When using our magnificent antique elevator we kindly ask you to: 1) Only 2 people go at a time if you also have luggage with you. 2) Always close all the elevator doors (internal and external) 3) Never open the internal doors until the elevator is perfectly stopped at the floor (Wait for the end of the acoustic signal indicating the elevator has stopped.) 4) When exiting, always check that the light on the button goes off, this means that the elevator is available to be called to the other floors.

The use of the air conditioning is designed to work only in your presence, therefore for operation it will be necessary to insert and turn the relevant key, and is available only in the summer months.
